Gavin Smith is the company's sole director. Gavin has been in the building trade since 1994 and a local residence of the Whitsundays since 1984. Moloko Homes was formed in 2007 and over the last few years our team have built many dsitinctive homes within the region- each designed to enhance the lifestyle of its owner.

2008- we were awarded by the Master Builders Association "Refurbishment/Renovation up to $3 million" for the renovation at The Big 4 Adventure Whitsunday  Resort Caravan Park Reception Office.

2009- we were awarded by the Master Builders Association for "Best Display Home" in Mackay and Whitsunday Region.
